The Respiratory Blend
Breathe is the respiratory blend that can help clear your airways, help break up congestion and help you get a more restful sleep! The cooling essential oils in this blend, such as Peppermint, promote easy breathing.
Breathe can also help minimize the effects of seasonal changes. During times of significant seasonal changes, apply Breathe topically while outdoors to minimize bothersome effects!
The doTERRA Breathe Blend includes:
Eucalyptus: promotes relaxation and clear airways
Peppermint: supports healthy respiratory function and digestion
Melaleuca/Tea Tree: supports healthy skin and immunity
Lemon: cleanses the body and supports healthy respiratory function
Cardamom: helps ease digestion and promotes healthy respiratory function
Laurel: supports respiratory function
Ravintsara: supports respiratory function

You can use Breathe 2 different ways:
1) Aromatically

Aromatically
• Simply inhale the aroma from the bottle.
• Add a drop in your hands and breathe in deeply.
• Add 2 drops of Breathe to a hot cup of water, put your face over the cup and cover your head with a cloth to make a respiratory steam.
Diffuse Breathe in an essential oil diffuser! Breathe is an oil that is diffused A LOT in my house! I mix it with everything! One of my favorite diffuser blends in Breathe and On Guard, the protective blend. I think these two blends together are the optimal immunity support!
Breathe Shower Melts
Another fun way to use Breathe aromatically is DIY shower melts!
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Baking Soda
• 25 drops Breathe
• 1/3-1/4 Cup Water
Directions:
• Mix baking soda and water together
• Add Breathe drops
• Pack mixture into balls or use a silicone mold
Drop a shower melt into a hot shower in the morning to wake up, energize and clear your airways!
Topically
When applying essential oils topically, it is best practice to mix them with a carrier oil first. This will dilute the essential oils, making it easier and faster for them to absorb into the skin. Plus when you use a carrier oil, your essential oils will last a lot longer. Some of the commonly used carrier oils are coconut oil, fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil and jojoba oil.
After Breathe has been diluted with a carrier oil you can apply on the chest, on the bottoms of the feet or over your sinuses. If you apply over your nose, be sure to apply close to the end of the nose in order to avoid the eyes.
